Hot water800 ml
Gelatin powder12 g
Sugar25 g
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rinsed dried roses and hot water on medium low heat for 8 minutes. Remove from heat, cover the lid and let it set for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the roses. Add gelatin powder and sugar. Stir until melted.
Step 3
Transfer to a mold. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Ready to serve.
