Rose Cheesecake

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Melt the soaked gelatin sheet and butter separately in double boiler.

Step 2
Place digestive biscuits into a zipper bag and crush to crumbs using a rolling pin.

Step 3
Add melted butter and mix well.

Step 4
Prepare a 6-inch mold. Wrap with foil, add the crumbs and press into press firmly into bottom and sides. Refrigerate until set.

Step 5
Beat the cream cheese. Add granulated sugar, rose jam, diced strawberries and milk. Mix well.

Step 6
Add whipping cream in 3 times and whisk together. Add gelatin sheet solution and mix well.

Step 7
Pour into the mold until 80% full. Refrigerate overnight until set.

Step 8
Wrap with a warm towel to help to remove the cheesecake from the mold. Garnish with dried rose petal and ready to serve.
