Step 1
In a pot, add the rinsed dried roses and roselle, hot water and rock sugar. Cook on medium low heat for 8 minutes. Remove from heat, cover the lid and set for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the dried roses and roselle. Add gelatin powder and mix until melted.
Step 3
Pour into molds. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Ready to serve.
