Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Pear Juice

Step 1
Prepare fresh pear juice. Rinse, peel and juice the pear.

Step 2
Prepare beef marinade. Mix together pear juice, light soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar and honey.

Step 3
Slice the beef tenderloin into 5mm thick. Mix with marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4
Place parchment paper on a baking tray. Layer the beef slices on top and drizzle the marinade over. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8 minutes. Flip the beef once meanwhile.

Step 5
Roasted on for 2 minutes. This step is optional.
