Roasted Beef Sandwich with Sun-dried Tomato Cream Cheese

Roasted beef sandwich is the representative of American sandwiches. The thick roasted beef satisfies the appetite of carnivores while the slightly sour dried tomato cheese sauce and vegetables balance the oily touch of beef.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.Drain and chop the sun-dried tomato.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sun-dried tomato, whole grain mustard and honey.
Step 3
Slice the tomato and red onion in rings.
Step 4
On a baking tray, lay the parchment paper and place a mount the roasted beef.
Step 5
Add the 2 slices of cheese over the roasted beef and bake it until the cheese has slightly melted.
Step 6
Cut the focaccia in half horizontally and spread the sun-dried tomato spread.
Step 7
Place the lettuce leave on the bottom of the bread. Add the tomato, red onion and the roasted beef with cheese.

Place the top of the bread and ready to serve.
