Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice garlic. Wash yellow pepper, deseed and mince it.

Step 2
Prepare marinade for the beef. Add olive oil, soy sauce, coarse black pepper and garlic slices into a bowl. Mix them well and put them aside.

Step 3
Put beef rib into a storage bag. Pour the marinade in and shake the bag until beef rib wrapped in the sauce evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes

Step 4
Pour chicken broth into a pan. After boiling, simmer green pea and put it aside.

Step 5
Wash potato and carrot. Put them in chicken broth and cook for 20 minutes. Remove and cut into 2cm dices. Put aside.

Step 6
Add oil on the pan and heat it. Add the marinated beef rib. Pan-fry until surface colour turns and put aside.

Step 7
Cut into dices as same size of potato and carrot. Put it back to the pan. Pan-fry until it is coloured and not bleeding.

Step 8
Pour a spoon of chicken broth on the plate. Place the dices of rib, potato and carrot layer by layer. Spread minced yellow pepper, mint leaves and green peas. Serve.
