Step 1
Place the eggs in the pot and add water to cover the eggs. On a medium heat, cook about 8-10 minutes

Step 2
Place the eggs in cold water and remove the shell

Step 3
Soak the red dates and remove the seeds

Step 4
Soak the white fungus and cut into small pieces

Step 5
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add the red dates and white fungus. Cook until the liquid reduce by half on medium heat

Step 6
Add the rock sugar and eggs in the soup and cook for another 5 minutes
