Red cabbage is not a traditional ingredient in Chinese cuisine. It has a unique slight bitter taste. To compliment the slight bitter taste, we marinated the pork with some sesame oil. The cilantro we added in the end of the dish brings more color to the plate but it also adds more flavor!

Organic Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Carrots

Step 3
Marinate the Pork

Step 4
Wash and Prepare the Vegetables

Saute the Pork

Until Medium

Saute Cabbages with Garlic

Add Carrots and Pork

Cook with Lid Covered for a Few Minutes
