Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Julienne the Japanese cucumbers, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, carrot and red cabbage. Chop the garlic and red bird chili. Cook the Vietnamese rice vermicelli until done and set aside.

Step 2
Mix together the dipping sauce ingredients.

Step 3
Soak the rice paper in warm water for 10 seconds and place on a cutting board.

Step 4
Layer the Japanese cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red cabbage and Vietnamese rice vermicelli on the centre of the rice paper, and roll.

Step 5
Serve with dipping sauce.
