Step 1

First, soften the gelatin in room temperature water.

Step 2

Second, dissolve the sugar into the remaining portion of hot water.

Step 3

Add the softened gelatin sheet and stir until dissolved.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, combine the coconut milk with evaporated milk.

Step 5

Combine all of the ingredients.

Step 6

Separate the coconut milk mixture into separate bowls.

Step 7

Add a few droppings of different colorings into each bowl.

Step 8

Finally, spoon the coconut mixture, alternating the colors one layer at a time, into a glass container depending on your preference. Each layer will take 15 minutes to set initially. Keep refrigerated
