Daikon200 g
Bean sprouts10 g
Ginger5 g
Vegetable oil10 ml
Shaoxing wine1 tbsp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice peeled radish and asparagus into pieces

Step 2
Slice peeled radish and asparagus into pieces

Step 3
In boiling water, blanch short ribs for 2 minutes and reserve

Step 4
In a hot pan with oil, add ginger and ribs and sauté until golden brown

Step 5
Add radish, rice wine, and water and boil for 15 minutes

Step 6
Add bean sprouts, straw mushrooms, asparagus and salt to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes
