Step 1
Cut leeks into sections

Step 2
Cut radish into large cubes

In a hot dry pan, sauté ginger, and nutmeg, anise, cloves, cinnamon until fragrant

Add sugar, lamb, a cup of boiling water

Cook with lid on for about 10 minutes

Step 6
Reserve lamb and broth for later use

In a hot pan with oil, sauté garlic, shallot until fragrant

Add lamb, radish, lamb broth, and remaining ingredients into the pot

Cook for another 15 minutes until lamb is tender

Step 10
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot
