Quinoa Veggie Patties
Recipe Details
Try using quinoa and tofu to make patties! Season with sun-dried tomato, cheese and Italian seasonings. Very tempting!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sun-dried tomatoes.Bring white quinoa and a pot of water to boil on medium heat. Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 2
Mix together white quinoa, hard tofu, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, egg white, all-purpose flour, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper.

Step 3
Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add the balls and flatten slightly into patties. Sear until golden brown on both sides. Ready to serve.
