Pumpkin Vegetable Bowl

Step 1
Wash and clean the peppers. Cut into medium pieces

Step 2
Wash and clean the mushrooms. Cut into medium pieces

Step 3
Cut the top of the pumpkin off (but keep it for later)

Step 4
With a spoon, empty the inside of the pumpkin

Step 5
Place the empty pumpkin inside a large wok to steam over water on medium heat. This will take 8-9 minutes. To test whether the pumpkin is ready, try to poke a hole through the side of the pumpkin. If you can nearly poke a hole through, then it is ready. Remove the pumpkin from heat and transfer to a serving plate

Step 6
In a sauté pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Add minced ginger to sauté until aromatic, about 30 seconds. Next, add the mushrooms and peppers to sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, chicken powder, white pepper and water. Sauté quickly

Once the mushrooms and peppers are finished. Transfer to the inside of the pumpkin bowl
