Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Cut into medium slices

Peel the taro and cut them into two different sizes - small pieces and tiny cubes

Bring the water to a boil. Add rock sugar and pumpkin. Cook for 4 minutes until soft

Transfer into a blender and blend until smooth

Step 6
Remove the pumpkin puree to a sauce pan, cook on medium heat

Add the taro and cook for 4 minutes until taros are soft

Step 8
Turn off the heat and add sago

Step 9
Add evaporated milk, mix again

Ready to serve
