Peel the pumpkin and put into medium slices

Steam over boiling water on high heat for 6 minutes

While the pumpkin is hot, mash with the back of a spoon

Add custard powder, corn starch, and coconut milk. Mix well

In a pot, combine water and sugar. Cook on medium heat until sugar has completely dissolved

Then bake in a preheated oven (160 degree Celsius) for 15 minutes until pudding is set
