Step 1
Soak the sticky rice for 12 hours or over night. Drain dry and set aside.

Step 2
Slice and remove the top of the pumpkin

Step 3
Remove the seeds to form a bowl

Step 4
Remove the pits of the red dates and coarsely chop them. In a bowl, combine red dates, wolfberries, sugar and mix well

Step 5
Combine the ingredients in step 4 with the sticky rice. Add oil and mix well.Transfer inside the prepared pumpkin

Step 6
Steam the pumpkin over water on high heat for 30 minutes. Ready to serve
