Pumpkin Rice Cake

Pumpkin is a low calories food, and it contains multiple vitamins that can help our body process heavy metals and toxins. Pumpkin, sticky rice powder and white sugar

Step 2
Pumpkin mixture for cake

Step 3
Peel of the skin of pumpkin and remove off the seeds

Cut it into small pieces

Steam until soft and fully cooked

Step 6
Smash the pumpkin

Step 7
Set aside to let the pumpkin mash cool

Step 8
Gradually add the sticky rice powder into the pumpkin mash

Mix well

Step 10
Mix well

Alternate with white sugar

Then repeat until the pumpkin mixture becomes a soft dough and no longer sticks to your hands

Roll into a log about the size of a coin

Cut into small 1 inch size pieces

Flatten the pieces with your hands
