Pull Pork Sandwich with Coleslaw

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Thin slice the cabbage and carrot

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Add the cabbage and carrot, mix together

Refrigerate for overnight

In a mixing bowl, combine all the dried rubs ingredients

Drizzle some oil over the pork shoulder and sprinkle the dried rub over and transfer to the baking pan

Cover with foil and place in the pre-heated oven and slow cook for 7-8 hours on 130°C

Step 8
Remove the foil and use the fork to tear off the meat and let them sit in the juice for more flavor
