Prawn in Sichuan Pepper Sauce

This dish is full of the fragrance of Sichuan pepper. Not too spicy yet extraordinarily yummy!

Step 1
Devein, rinse and pat dry the prawns. Mince the garlic. Dice the green onions and dried chili peppers.

Step 2
Mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add Sichuan pepper, dried chili peppers and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add garlic, ginger, green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Step 5
Add prawns and rice wine. Stir fry until the prawns are done.

Step 6
Add the sauce and mix well. Season with some salt and ready to serve.
