Prawn Brown Rice Risotto in Italian Sauce

Defrost the prawn and pat dry. Cut onion and garlic into dices, halve the cherry tomatoes and roughly cut the basil. Heat the pan over medium heat with some oil, sear the prawn until golden brown. Transfer to plate and set aside. With the same pan, sauté the onion until fragrant. Add garlic and cherry tomato, cook until tendered. Add cooked brown rice and stir a bit, pour in pasta sauce and toss well. Add water and cook for another 2 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Return the prawn into the pan and add some parmesan cheese. Stir well. Off the heat, sprinkle some basil and fold in. Ready to serve!
