Prawn and Vermicelli Salad in Thai-style

This vermicelli salad is refreshing and slightly spicy, exceptionally appetizing!

Step 1
Chop the shallots, garlics, lemongrass, red bird chili, lemon leaves and cilantro.

Step 2
Bring water to boil. Add vermicelli and cook until soft. Transfer to cold water, drain and set aside.

Step 3
In the same pot of water, add prawns and cook until done. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, shallots, lemongrass and sauté until fragrant. Add minced pork and stir fry until cooked.

Step 5
Crush the red bird chili, garlic, lemon leaves and cilantro. Add fish sauce, lime juice, water, sugar and mix well.

Step 6
Mix together vermicelli, pork, prawns and the sauce. Ready to serve.
