Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Combine the mashed potatoes with the tuna meat, salt, and starch, stir and knead it evenly.

Step 2
Knead the potato dough into a small ball and coat with starch, set aside.

Step 3
Fry the potato balls in a frying pan at 180°, and remove from the oil when done.

Step 4
Put Bonito Flakes and potato balls in the container.

Step 5
When finished, pour the mayonnaise, takoyaki sauce, and seaweed powder on the top of Potato Takoyaki ready to serve.
