Potato Spinach Frittata

Step 1
Peel the potato (optional) and thinly slice the potatoes

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add spinach to blanch for 2 minutes

Step 3
Drain completely try and chop into medium length pieces

Step 4
Using a saute pan, arrange the potatoes on the bottom of the pan. Next, add a layer of spinach. Top with another layer of potatoes

Lastly, put the shredded cheese into the pan

Step 6
Transfer the baking pan to a preheated oven (200 degree Celsius) for 20 minutes

Ready to serve
