Step 1
Preheat an oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Blanch the potatoes until done and cool down. Spoon out the middle to make a hole.
Step 3
Dice the ham, sausages and green onion. Add corn kernel, shredded cheese and mix well.
Step 4
Pour the stuffing into the potatoes, wrap with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the foil and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake again until golden brown. Ready to serve.
