Pork Wrapped with Shrimp and Asparagus

Stir-fry is not the only cooking method for a fast and easy recipe. Simply wrapping the shrimp and asparagus with a slice of pork, you can get a tasty roll. Each bite you can enjoy a rich flavour.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the pork with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine and corn starch for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Cut the asparagus into section and keep the tips.

Step 3
Peel the shrimps and leave the tails on. Remove the intestine.

Step 4
Bring the water to boil, add some salt and blanch the asparagus until bright green. Drain and set aside.

Step 5
In the same pot, blanch the shrimp until turn pink. Drain and set aside.

Step 6
Wrap the shrimp and asparagus with the pork.

Step 7
In a pan, add some oil and sear the pork until golden brown and fully cooked. Season with black pepper.

Step 8
Place the extra asparagus on the plate, transfer the pork roll on the plate and ready to serve.
