Step 1
Wash and drain the mustard green, cut into small pieces

Step 2
Minced the garlic

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, mustard green and pork. Marinade it for 20 minutes

Place about 1 tablespoon on filling in the middle of the wrapper

Step 5
Form it to the dumpling shape

Step 6
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons oil on a medium high heat. Place the dumpling on the pan

Cook until the bottom is golden brown then flip to another side

Step 8
Add about 50mL water and cover the lid and cook it until the water is evaporated and inside the dumpling is fully cooked
