Step 1
Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into section

In a pot, bring the water to boil. Add the ginger and green onion, blanch the pork stomach for 10 minutes

Step 3
Drain and cut into strips

Step 4
In another pot, add about 800mL water. Add the angelica, dates and the pork stomach and cook for 30-45 minutes on medium heat

Step 5
Seasoning with salt and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes

Step 6
Ready to serve
