Pork bone300 g
Preserved egg1 pc
Rice60 g
Oat50 g
Water
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the preserved egg in to small pieces

Step 2
Wash the rice

Step 3
mix the rice with the oil

Step 4
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the ribs for about 3-5 minutes, drain the water

Step 5
In another pot, add the 1.5L water with the pork

Step 6
then add the rice and cook for an hour

Step 7
then add the oats and cook until the rice are soften

Step 8
put together the preserved egg
