Pork Rib with Beancurd for Steaming

Marinade
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mince fermented black bean and garlic. Thinly dice the red bird chili and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse pork ribs. Marinate with light soy sauce, sugar, salt, ground white pepper, fermented black bean, garlic, sesame oil, corn starch and oil for at least 20 minutes.

Step 3
Drain the PAK FOOK® Beancurd for Frying.

Step 4
Slice PAK FOOK® Beancurd for Frying and place them on a plate.

Step 5
Place pork ribs on top and sprinkle with red bird chili. Steam for 15 minutes on medium high heat.

Step 6
Ready to serve.
