Step 1
Small diced the preserved egg

Step 2
chopped the green onion

Step 3
Cut the ginger into thin strip

Step 4
slice the pork liver

Step 5
Wash the rice

Step 6
add salt and oil for 30 minutes

Place the liver in a bowl and rinse it with salt and wate

In the pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the liver for 2 minutes and place in the bowl

Add the ginger, corn starch and oil, mix well

In another pot, bring the water to boil and add the rice and cook until the rice is soft

add the liver back and cook for 2 minutes

add preserved egg and salt to taste
