Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the wolfberries and red dates for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside. Rinse the pork liver. Soak in cold water for 15 minutes and slice. Rinse the beef and chop.

Step 2
In a pot, bring 1500mL water to boil. Add ginger, wolfberries and red dates. Cook for 15 minutes, add pork liver and beef. Cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 3
Season with some salt. Ready to serve.
