Step 1
Stir the rice until completely separated.

Step 2
Add some dried pork floss, black sesame, white sesame and salt. Mix well.

Step 3
Cut seaweed into small pieces.

Step 4
If you don’t want to use your hands, you can use plastic wrap, put some rice on the plastic wrap, then add some tuna in the center. With your hands, pick up the sides of the plastic wrap then twist it

Step 5
