Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slightly pound the pork chop and marinate with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, corn starch and sesame oil for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Slice the tomato and cucumber.

Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple sauce, Dijon mustard and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Cook the pork chop until golden brown and fully cooked.

Step 5
Slice the pineapple bun in half horizontally and spread the apple mustard aioli on both sides.

Step 6
Place the lettuce leave on the bottom of the bun. Add the tomato, cucumber, pork chop and sliced pineapple.Cover the top of the bun and ready to serve.
