Pork Bone Congee with Dried Oyster and Dried White Cabbage

Step 1
Soak the dried white cabbage in water for 30 minutes. Drain and cut into pieces. Soak and rinse the dried oysters and duck gizzards.

Step 2
Rinse and drain the white rice. Marinate with salt and oil for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Marinate the spare ribs with salt for 1 hour. In a pot of water, add spare ribs and blanch until water boiled. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
Bring the white rice, dried oysters, dried duck gizzards, dried white cabbage, spare ribs and water to boil on medium heat.

Step 5
Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 1 hour. Ready to serve.
