Pomegranate Jam

Pomegranate is known as “Superfood”. It helps tighten the skin, strengthen the muscles and control the body fat. It can also increase the immune system and lower the cholesterol. Besides having the fruit itself, it can also be made into a healthy pomegranate tea without any additive added.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the lemon.

Step 2
Clean and cut the pomegranate in half. Use the wooden spoon to tap the shell and release the pulps.

Step 3
Use a cocktail muddler to mash the pomegranate pulps 50 times. Add the sugar and mix well.

Step 4
Pour the mixture in the air tight container and refrigerate.

Step 5
Add some pomegranate jam in a glass, add some soda water, sliced lemon and mint leaves. Ready to serve.

Step 6
Prepare a tea cup. Pour some hot water and some pomegranate jam. Stir well and addasliceoflemon.Ready to serve.
