Poached Pea Vines with Straw Mushroom and Chicken

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash and rinse the pea vines. Peel and slice the ginger. Rinse and cut the mushroom in half

Step 2
Cut the chicken into strip and marinate with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and white pepper for 10 minutes

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the ginger until fragrant, add the chicken and cook about half way

Step 4
Add Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250mL and bring it to simmer

Step 5
Add the pea vines and straw mushroom and cook until tender and chicken is fully cooked. Ready to serve
