Poached Egg and Guacamole White Bread Pizza

White bread goes well with many different types of food. It can be used to make pizza too! This Poached Egg and Guacamole White Bread Pizza is perfect to start the day.

Step 1
Peel and pit the avocado and use the fork to mash into a paste
Step 2
Mix together the avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt and black pepper
Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to simmer. Add a splash of white vinegar
Step 4
Use a spoon to make a swirl then add the one egg at a time and cook until the egg is set. Drain and set aside
Step 5
In a dry pan, spread the butter on both sides on the white bread and toasted until golden brown on both sides
Step 6
Remove from the pan and spread the guacamole on one side of the toast, place the poached egg on top. Season with some salt and black pepper

Mix together the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, sprinkle over the egg. Place in the oven and bake it until the cheese has melted
