Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft. Drain and set aside.

Heat the water and light brown sugar on the low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Add gelatin sheets until dissolve.

Add plum wine soda and mix well.
Step 5
Put the plum in containers. Transfer the mixture to containers and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Ready to serve.
