Smash the pistachio inside a zip lock bag

Beat the egg

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar. Mix well

Add butter, mix well

Add pistachio, cream, lavender. Knead into a dough

Wrap with a cling film, rest for 30 minutes

Step 7
Remove the cling flim, flatten into a 2-cm thick disc

Step 8
Use a cookie cutter to cut into similar disc shapes

Brush a layer of egg wash

Step 10
Place inside a preheated (180 degree Celsius) oven to bake for 15 minutes
