Pineapple Lemon Cupcakes

This is a magical cupcake, which transform pineapple to a pretty flower, to differentiate from those regular cupcakes. Let’s say “No “to traditional, say “Hi” to creativity. This non-traditional snack could definitely impress your beloved one.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree

Step 2
Separate egg white and egg yolk, squeeze lemon juice out

Step 3
Add half portion of caster sugar into butter, beat them. Stir with egg yolk, olive oil, add milk and mix them well.

Step 4
Beat another half caster sugar and salt with egg white. Add into the mixture of Step 3 separately.

Step 5
Sift cake flour and baking soda into the mixture, and stir well with half lemon juice

Step 6
Fill the mixture into 2/3 paper cup

Step 7
Bake for 20 to 25minutes. Take it out when the surface turns golden brown

Step 8
Peel and slice the pineapple, bake for 15 to 20 minutes to dehydrate. Put it in a mold to cool down and reshape it

Step 9
Beat whipped cream with another half lemon juice

Step 10
Put the whipped cream on the cupcake

Step 11
Add the dried pineapple on top.

Step 12
Serve.
