Step 1

Rinse the peppers, seed and dice. Rinse and drain the corn kernel.

Step 2

Stir-fry the pine nuts on low heat without any oil. When the pine nuts turn light brown, transfer to a plate to cool.

Step 3

Heat a pan with some oil. Stir-fry the corn kernel on high heat. Add green onion, peppers, salt and sugar. Stir for half minutes.

Step 4

Add milk and stir. When the sauce is thickened, add pine nuts and ready to serve.
