Rinse the pickled radish, soak it for 20 minutes and cut into dice

In a small bowl, beat the eggs

Chop the green onion

Cut the shrimps into small pieces and marinate for 20 minutes

In a pan, add oil on a medium heat. Sauté the shrimps until it turn pink then set it on the side
