Perilla Pork and Rice Cake Skewers

Step 1
Boil the rice cakes until soft in texture. Mix all ingredients of the sauce.

Step 2
Spread out a slice of pork. Put a leaf of perilla and then a piece of rice cake on top. Then, roll it.

Step 3
String 3 rolls onto each bamboo stick to make the skewers.

Step 4
Turn on medium-heat and add oil. Pan-fry the skewers until golden brown on each side.

Step 5
Add the sauce and turn to low-heat.

Step 6
Cook until the sauce is thickened. Sprinkle white sesame on top. Ready to serve.
