Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.Melt chocolate chips in a bowl over a pot of water. Stir well with vanilla seeds and cracked walnuts. Set aside.

Step 2
Add lemon juice and salt into egg white. Whisk together until foamy like beer foam.

Step 3
Add 1/3 sugar to egg white each time and beat until stiff peak.

Step 4
Pour the meringue to the melted chocolate and whisk together.

Step 5
Use ice cream scoop to dig a scoop. Bake for 13 minutes.
