Penna Pasta with Figs, Bacon and Cheese

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the bacon into pieces. Chop the goat cheese. Cut each fig into 4 pieces.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil. Put in penne pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain the pasta.

Step 3
Heat the pan at medium-heat. Stir fry the bacon for 5 minutes.

Step 4
In a big bowl, add in olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well to make the pasta sauce. Add in penne pasta, bacon, figs and mixed salad leaves. Mix well.

Step 5
Sprinkle goat cheese on top. Ready to serve.
