Peking Duck Pizza

Koon Chun Hoisin Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Remove seeds from cucumber and bell pepper. Chop into small pieces. Separate white and green part of the green onion. Chop and set aside.

Step 2
Preheat oven to 180C. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 3
Slice the duck breast and pan-fried them until lightly golden brown on both sides.

Step 4
Use a rolling pin to flatten the pizza dough to 1cm thick. Place on the baking tray.

Step 5
Spread Koon Chun Hoisin Sauce on the dough. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, layer the duck breast and white scallions.

Step 6
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 7
Sprinkle cucumber and green onions on top. Ready to serve.
