Step 1
In a bowl, combine the peanut flour with sugar powder.

Run the flour mixture through a sift.

In a bowl, combine egg white and sugar.

Beat until white and fluffy.

Fold in the flour mixture (step 1) into the egg white mixture.

Mix until smooth.

Step 7
Add spoonfuls of flour mixture on a lined baking tray, about 2-cm apart. Place a peanut in the center.

Bake in preheated oven (150 degree Celsius) for 12 minutes.
