Combine the batter ingredients in a mixing bowl until incorporated, place in the refrigerated until ready to use

Combine syrup ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolves. Bring to a boil and let reduce by 1/3. Set aside

Spread peanut butter on one side of the bread and strawberry jam on the other bread

Step 4
Slice the banana and place it between two bread and put them together

a sauté pan, add butter on a medium heat

Dredge the bread in the batter and place in the pan

Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool
