Step 1
Slice the fresh bean curd sheet. Slice the ginger and garlic.

Slice the fresh bean curd sheet. Slice the ginger and garlic.

In a pot, heat up some oil on high heat.

Step 4
Add ginger and garlic to saute until aromatic. Add pea vines to saute until soften and brightens in color, about 2 minutes. Remove and drain dry.

Step 5
In a separately pot, add chicken broth to boil. Add fresh bean curd and corn starch water to cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6
Pour the bean curd on top of the pea vines. Ready to serve.
